We stand by our products with a 100% guarantee on materials and workmanship. We will be happy to repair or replace any items that fail to operate as described. Personalized products made to custom specifications that function as designed are non-refundable.

Products that are of a stock nature and that have no customization may be returned within 15 days of receipt, with all original packaging, and in salable condition will be refunded subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping both to and from the factory are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and are non-refundable. Upon return of product, a credit will be issued for the balance that is good for in-store use.
